Can I ask something about the rules at MMU Melaka hostel? Im a freshie tho, for this March Intake. I just wanna ask, do the management allow the students to bring electronic appliances such as, water heater, hair dryer, iron, rice cooker ( perhaps, lol ) coz in my previous college (mmc), they dont allowed us to bring this stuff. So were kinda like being 'sneaky' on this matter. When there was a 'spotcheck', we usually hide our electronic stuff in our big luggage ( the safest place, lol ) and sometimes hide it inside the pail and topped them with our dirty laundry ( sound survival enough? haha ) Kay back to my question, do they allow this stuff?

Need answers from the seniors maybe, whom had previously stayed in the hostel. Can you share some experience here? Thank you

Nope. I didnt get the list thingy on the form. But if I really really really want to bring this stuff, am I gonna get like some kind of penalty or something. Or the management will throw my stuff out? What if I hide this stuff, ( being a sneaky pants here )
