Hey guys, imma apply for june 2013 intake and i'm gonna apply ptptn... Do I need to apply ptptn now? or wait til around May/June only apply?

Hey guys, want to ask? The degree duration are 4 year. If i finish diploma then continue to degree IN same mmu, the degree is 3 year or 4 year?
