oh ya, iron they will provided, look on each floor...
if one tenant do problem, almost all tenant on the block will get problem,
like me last time have to make reason letter because stupid fella broke the tv room window,
and played the fire extinguisher on 18th floor
prepare for pest problem (melaka campus hostel)

coursework include mock meeting, presentation and a written report

Mock meeting (15 marks)- few in a group and are given a topic on the spot as a material for meeting. Then we conduct the meeting based on the given topics. for 15 minutes. There are 2 lecturers for this subjects. One assigning you the topic beforehand, then mine is on the spot.

Presentation (10 marks)- Presentation on your written report.

Written report (15 marks)- Most important part are your report of course, which include questionnaire, then analysis from the questionnaire. Conclusion and also suggestions. The rest are minor parts.

Final is Objective, true false and one format essay. No midterm.
