I think the quickest is to form a party where each member already have the Infernal Machine. The Realms are random so if you have a party of 4 chances of getting the organ pieces are higher. This is what the guy on the video said.

The realm with Skeleton king and Maghda is tough even on MP5.. Wasted both infernal machine didnt get any organ..
