Since u r using XP Pro..
put ur image(bitmap image) inside C:\Windows\System32
that image must be rename as OEMLOGO.bmp...
plus u can also add more info...

create an ini file...
open with notepad/wordpad...
put these code...
save as OEMINFO.ini...
put it also in C:\Windows\System32
eg:
CODE
[General]
Manufacturer=maxim.Freaks
Model=place anything here

[Support Information]
Line1=put anything here...
Line2=just add more
Line3=line if you
Line4=need more...
