QUOTE(Infinity @ Oct 15 2012, 11:27 PM) i think it's useful for places which has potential to have more plug like TV cabinet. Cause u might have Astro, ps3, later xbox, blueray player and don't know wat else later. For kitchen is nice because you can place your equipment where you want and move the plugs and less messy. If its hidden, must well get multi point extension for TV, Astro, console, player.. Better still the multi point extension can plug into a surged protector and cheaper too. If using only 1 or 2, better go back conventional one |

Is good for cosmetic and flexible, like idoblu say too many plug-in will be ugly.
Good for meeting table too. |

I am using one for my dry kitchen. Price wise, won't get super discount from other retail shop. If only need one or two, is not justify to go around the "world" for only ten of ringgit discount. If you looking at volume maybe.

QUOTE(noellee69 @ Jan 7 2013, 11:33 AM) Ozak, yes, noted that as well Not sure what you mean by conceal. Mine is direct replacment of conventional plug point. So far so good, I only have 2 "head", never really put more. Weikee, which type of track u have right now? is it the conceal type? any problem with that type? Thanks. |

QUOTE(alyem @ Jan 7 2013, 08:55 PM) If you guys thing of putting more plug point, make sure your incoming cable can handle. Or else it will melt then you will have to spend more money $$$$$ Oven have to be independent, stove have to be independent, cooker hob have to be independent.Eubiq is for convenient, look smart and small load. Can use for boiling water, but when boiling water PLEASE don't switch on other applicances in the same qubiq track. This post has been edited by weikee: Jan 7 2013, 10:27 PM |

QUOTE(ultrageek @ Jan 29 2013, 01:00 PM) According to the Eubiq specs, the track can handle up to 40Amps. The track can handle. What about the wiring between the fuse/CB to the track? The highest amp is the lowest side of the entire circuit. So theoritically, it can handle all 3 at the same time; If we consider all 3 individual items to have a max of 13amps each... Is like buying a car can go up to 300km/h, but the tires are only design for 180km/h. |

QUOTE(petlu28 @ May 29 2013, 02:56 PM) No Idea, but mine sufficient with 2 plug. I did my own installation. Cosmetic wise is great, but usability and functional wise I would say home owner seldom need to move plug so frequent. Office meeting room maybe. |

QUOTE(petlu28 @ May 29 2013, 03:19 PM) Ok. I planning loping 4 - 5 plug at kitchen there. That why compare Eubiq look a bit cheaper than loping. RM 269 + (3 x RM59 "extra plug") = RM 446.00, Your 3 extra looping cost RM 446? For cosmetic is understanable, but for cost saving no. BTW, so many looping, don't run high more than one current / wattage in one single loop. You risk burning the cable (if your mcb did not trip) |
