I've noticed this too, but not free these few months...

However, i've registered myself for the sea turtle conservation plan which start from May 2006 somewhere in redang for 7 days each session, RM 300 ++, its the same project held by kustem and same professor as the river terrapin conservation plan. do surf through the website here:

dun worry, the sea turtle proj held every year, not sure abt the terrapin conservation plan though... ur time will come...
