iOS 6.0 not stable? Seems fine on my iPad..

6.0.1 shall be, but not 6.1..

it is stable too on my ipad2

I doubt that, so majority of my friends regretted with iOS 6.0. I haven't experience it since I'm still with my 5.1.1 at the moment.

The lack of a native youtube app and the problems with apple maps app are not major issues for me. Safari is really much quicker for me on ios6 compared to ios5 and the read-later feature is a godsend. I browse a lot on my ipad and the improvements in safari is really a big benefit to me. I also don't jailbreak so other users' experiences may differ from mine.

It's stable on my iPad. Apps work fine. Don't use maps and I don't often watch youtube so it's not a bother for me. Safari is noticeably faster. Battery is also good.

iMessage and Facetime crapped out on me on iOS6 for my iPod Touch. When internet's on 1~2 bars, I can't send any messages nor make any Facetime calls.

<Just noticed I am on the iPad board. Well, does considering purchase of the iPad Mini qualifies me to be here? >

iPad 2 doesn't seems to give me much problem but don't know why the battery life seems become more shorter than I thought, and the battery usage was not working properly as I know...

Disconnect from what? Wifi or 3g? What download or what app gets disconnected?

wifi no download any app
just close the case will auto close wifi

Can you give me an example of an app to try? My app/game updates downloaded via App Store are downloading fine even when I close the cover

Update - Just tried with Pocket app - it downloaded my articles without problems even when i closed my ipad's cover during the download.
