EO just use any semi syn or full synthetic with viscocity rating of xw-30 and above. Recommended to use semi syn first for the first 3 services.

brake fluid normally has a maximum lifespan of two years. So, you do the maths lo, from the last time you changed your brake fluid.

apart from that, you have to take a look at your brake fluid also. If your brake fluid has become like kopi-o color then its time to change also. If color macam teh o ais, then, still ok but replacement is imminent.
