First, you fill in how many KM travelled. Then key in the current tank how many litre you filled up. That's it, do this every time. When we talking about fuelly, automatically we know we're using the current tank of petrol to calculate the previous tank of mileage, so it's ok. We recommend full tank fill up. But even if you don't it's no harm. Despite data may not be reliable for individual fuel up, but over the long run the average figure will tell the truth.

Make yourself comfortable with the fuelly routine first. After several fuel ups, you have more data, then only decide whether you wanna take off the 1st fuel up.

There is 2 type of blower casing designed in BLM/FL/FLX.


This type of pollen filter, the casing door lock situated at the left side. To install paper cabin filter, you'll have to take out the pollen filter, plot the paper filter inside the pollen filter before slot them back. You can't use 2x paper filter.


If you have this type of pollen filter, the casing door lock situated at the right side. To install paper cabin filter, you'll have to take out the pollen filter, slot the paper cabin filter into the casing, it will fit in nicely. Then you put back the pollen filter ON TOP of the paper filter before you close your casing door.

Ops Kopitiam started, but cars club got out of hand Anyway Kenji, the ranjiao unoehuat died again jor. Really hopeless lar. Now my problem will be, getting the universal OBD reader, but doesn't have a unoehuat to display

Ops Kopitiam is operasi tangkap R&R offender such as use of vulgar words, racism, political sensitive discussion etc I think me 1st will kena, so many fuck sh!t ass bastard etc...

My unoehuat "brick" 9 jor. Everytime went to sleep mode kenot wake up. When wake up it went auto reboot loop, need to hard reset(factory restore). I was so happy it was repaired uses 2 days without problem, so I proceed to order the universal OBD reader, in the hope to see some action in my BLM. Now... Haiz. Where got monay to buy another unoehuat? Should have invest in iPag instead

Not only FL, BLM oso same problem. Half the sohigh driving this 2 models of manual ride will have problem with top gear.

Sympthoms: despite fully declutch, but unable to shift transmission lever to top right position(5th gear). Even engaged 5th gear, but after release clutch pedal can hear gear grinding noise.

Solutions:
1) Release clutch pedal, step harder 2nd time, engage gear lever kaw kaw sure can get 5th gear up

2) Clutch plate weaken, need to change 1. But same thing will happen over and over again every year or 2. Before your clutch finish, the spring ady weaken.

3) Change to GETREG tranny

Dude, car sooooo damn new where got so fast wear off clutch 1? Its the design problem lar.

1) Campor engine setup uses hydraulic clutch, with advantage of light weight pedal. However, its too light until sometimes after release clutch pedal after traffic light, your left foot subconciously stepping on clutch pedal. As a result, over a long period of semi-declutching, your clutch spring tend to weaken. Imagine u open up your mechincal pencil, u press the spring it will bounce back like usual. However, if u press it over a long period, the spring will be compressed and become less bouncy. Same thing apply to your clutch spring.

2) Check your clutch fluid/brake fluid whether its sufficient. If not, top up. This applicable to ngong hai like me that always like to wheel spin, hydraulic clutch tend to boil and leak from reservoir. Also send to SC ask them check your clutch pump/fluid reservoir got bubble/water or not. If got bubble, need to release air. If got water, need to change fluid.

3) FL/BLM mia achii pockai gearbox is well known to be slorppy & sucky. The more u miss shift 5 year, the gear head will be more likely wearing off thread faster. Finally 1 day even u engage the gear kaw kaw also car won't move, then its about time to change gear box liao, not clutch.

4) Real clutch wear off will be, after you engaged 1st gear, you release clutch pedal, gently step on gas pedal, then your car wouldn't pickup whereas RPM race up quickly. Meaning that the clutch rubber not cengkam with the flywheel anymore. Clutch plate/disc whole set should be RM280. Gear oil should be RM20/litre X 3. If flywheel need to skin, subjected to another RM35(depend on your mechanic how much they wanna slaughter you, some charge RM80). Labor cost for all should be RM80(some charge RM150).

5) Clutch is wear & tear item, supposedly not cover under warranty. If u send SC, make sure u ask for warranty, if not covered, pls ensure price is reasonable, otherwise u may get charged RM1000 for these cheapskate item.

6) GETRAG transmission for FLX, RM12k according to Plotong

I service bawah pokok, unless u oso so daring and stay around kajang/dengkil/banting area, otherwise unable to recommend you my magician

Anyway, I suggest u continue utilize ur current set of clutch until clutch slip(RPM go up but car don't go) then only consider to change clutch. Otherwise just send in for regular service will do. What's your ODO reading by the way?

Why SAGA instead of SAVVY

1) GaGa can put 56 durians at the boot, Gabby can put maximum 20 oni. Size bigger 10 oso got problem. GaGa win.

2) GaGa & Gabby use identical chassis setup, however torsion beam end brake hub setup different. GaGa more straight, on straight road tire surface hold the road tightly, very suitable for high speed cruising. Gabby is more open camber, suitable for high speed cornering. At high speed corner, outterwheel will have more tire surface contact to keep vehicle traction to maximum. The thing is, from point A to point B when u taking a 10 minutes drive, how much time you're in corner? Probably less than 2 minutes in total. GaGa win.

3) Open camber meaning tire wear more severe on the inner tire. GaGa minimal open chamber to ensure tire wear is even, whereas Gabby was set to maximum cornering pleasure. GaGa win.

4) GaGa came with standard Clarion hai powah CD player, so as Gabby. GaGa is single DIN with a small paper tray, Gabby is double DIN no paper tray. Head unit so big for what? Rather have a storage space. GaGa win.

5) GaGa has an accessories power socket, so as Gabby. GaGa's socket located at the cup holder, whereas Gabby's beside the shift lever console. In return, Gabby has a huge ashtray, GaGa doesn't. Smoke so much die faster. GaGa win.

6) GaGa BLM/FLX aircon blower compartment can accomodate up to 2x paper filter to maximize filtration, whereas Gabby/FL can only accommodate 1 paper filter bundle with original pollen filter. GaGa aint win all, but Gabby sure lose.

7) Campor engine in GaGa produce 94bhp on paper, whereas Gabby's D4F engine only produce 74bhp on paper. In terms of pickup, acceleration, top speed, overall performance... GaGa win. Despite Gabby fuel consuption slightly better than GaGa, later version of CVT actually produce better FC as continuous/infinite transmission ratio helps to smoothen torque distribution, as a result FC wise almost similar to Gabby. Extra 20hp, similar FC. GaGa still win.

8) Gabby was designed to very low coefficient drag(wind resistance). The toilet bowl looked alike clam shell bonet was made to cut through front wind drag, channel wind through the cutting edge side mirror, leading to window spoiler(rear window higher than front), almost perfect for high speed cruising with minimal wind resistance. In order to achieve all that, the car wa designed to looked like a toilet bowl, the thing is how often do we travel 140kmh & above(provided latest hot topic regarding AES)? GaGa looks much better than toilet bowl. GaGa win.

9) GaGa wheel arch can only accommodate up to 195/50R15. Despite Gabby came with standard 15" wheels, but tire profile was 175/50R15, anything above 175/50 will have sagat issue I'm currently using 185/60R14, going over speed bump sagat, full turn left/right sagat, kena pothole sagat, full passenger sagat, lean on the car also sagat GaGa win.

10) 2008 GaGa BLM used car value RM24k, 2008 Gabby used car value 18k GaGa win!!!

However, despite GaGa won all that, but I'm stuck with Gabby as my daily ride. Reason being, my GaGa doesn't have CVT. My GaGa is too pretty to go into construction site. Love them both, but GaGa still win my heart

Brakefluid tend to absorb moist, and if water in oil, when high heat generated, water become vapor, then you'll have bubble in your brake line. As a result, you'll experience crab brakes. Siow siow sometimes can brake sometimes kenot. Extra moist may also rust your ABS(only if you have one), and also component in the brakefluid distributor/caliper/drum brake. V12 is right, for regular driver 2 years once as a precaution practice. Also check whether the fluid color turn dark as it might accidently channel back brake dust into the brake line(which is highly unlikely, most of the time it was cause by the moist and engine bay dust). I used to do it once a year on my Iswaga to ensure my braking system is running optimal
