Did you see with your own eyes your car missing one wiper?

Usually if the dealer able to deliver within a week means they have ready stock. Your SA implied that your car is fresh out of factory within a week that you book, I find that hard to believe.

I think either
a) Your dealer don't have ready stock, but lied to you say they have to take your booking, then lied summore say wiper lost because they can't deliver on time,

or

b) Your dealer have ready stock, but never realize that it is missing one wiper until the loan officer inspected the car, but it is not as factory fresh as your SA implied.

Maybe he does, though that means your car passed QC at Proton with a missing wiper but then that means it was not fresh from factory lor, mana boleh say "realize missing one wiper when come out of factory"

Anyway, I won't be surprised if they did pass your car even if one wiper is missing. Weirder things like Persona fitted with Gen2 rear door windows also can pass PDI.
