Seriously, cook at home is the best. That is if you live alone.

Prepare the settings, the musics, her favorite songs musics, favorite color. Cook something she likes, make sure no heavy meaty meals, light meaty meals on huge plates make it good. Prepare some nice bottle of wine if you are non-muslims. If muslims, can prepare some decorative fruit juices. Learn from sifu and practice it.

have a coordinated course like appetizer, then entree, main, appetizer. End it sweet but not too sweet. Make every portion small so the feeling of always wanting more will be there. If too full, will spoil the mood after meal.

Prepare a present, very important not something expensive yet meaningful cuz expensive gift will set the benchmark higher for you next time. If she really love you, she would treasure more on your effort rather than your $ ability. If she value $ ability more, dump her ^^.
Be very very thoughtful, delicate and sensitive.
GO and wow her. Her tears will show that you succeeded.
I did that to my wife on our anniversary and yea she was so moved.

But remember to say this "Dear, tonight is our night of a lifetime 'so far'. I may not able to outdo what I did tonight, but you must not forget that my love for you will always shine brighter and brighter for you, and also my evergrowing lust for you (if you want to add that in for extra dimension)."
This is so that she won't have higher expectation for you to repeat or outdo the successful night, and will always wow her when you do so, but must innovate from time to time. Most importantly you save up on $$ yet you score more hearts with hearty efforts.

Now still have time to learn.

If you have the will, no mountain is high enough.

Just don't do that to any other girls other than your wife, seriously it's not worth it.

Good choice, but cost $$. I may seems that I'm stingy but I'm just spendthrift. So I'll have a good reason to be spendthrift ^^

This is just being crude. Rephrase it, and this will be seen in a better light.
