Hey girls, I have frizzy, dry hair ever since, and usually the only solution to treat it temporarily is to straighten it. I am sick of straighten it every half year to make it look healthy and smooth. This is what I did for half year; 1. Apply serum every morning after bath 2. Wash hair once a day 3. Do hair mask once per month Has been doing all these for more than 6 months. It does improve but... not much. My hair still look frizzy and dry. If I don't straighten it for more than a year, I will look like a lion since I've dyed my hair brown and the colour faded off too yellow. Help please!

don't wash your hair every day. wash it every other day. what serum is this? hair oil is your best option - but don't apply it to your scalp otherwise you might end up with very greasy hair.
don't use the combo shampoo+conditioner, use them separately - one bottle shampoo, one bottle conditioner. Use every time you wash your hair.

I cant stand not washing it everyday. It's a frizz defense hair serum by Clinicare, oil-like. Yeah I use it separately. Not much improvement tho.

washing it every day dries it out. you're not helping your dry, frizzy hair problem.

me too have frizzy and dry hair.. full with split ends.. I tried many method to save my hair for the past few months and seems like nothing much can help.. The last solutions i opt for is a hair cut to trim all the frizzy end..
Straight away i shop off 5 inches of my hair.. and now there it goes my hair look good again... Oh ya, now i apply treatment everytime after hair wash.. It helps..
I will say the best solutions, chop off the frizzy end..

here's the tips from me...hope it helps.
Shampoo and Conditioner -> use Moisture LOCK to treat the dry hair 1st. -> if your hair is dry, use cold water or body temperature warm water to wash hair.
After shampoo and conditioner, -> Hair dry ( with hairdryer, dont be too hot. Its best to blow your hair root with medium heat, then cold blow for the rest. -> Half dry of your hair, apply OIL on your hair til the end - NOT HAIR ROOTS. -> then Blow your hair again.
For me, i apply the hair oil half dry, and use the comb to comb it evenly. Then only i blow dry the hair with medium heat or cold.
For slit ends, CUT it. is the best solution.
Hope it helps.

how about more frequent hair treatment? do it often, can keep the hair healthier..can reduce frizzy hair. once a month to me is a bit too little..

i use hair mask every single day. apply them on the middle part to the ends of my hair, leave it for around few minutes then wash it.
i never use conditioner after i use hair mask.haha. and i always get compliments on my silky hair.
but i'm born with straight thin hair so.. yep. but i do believe in hair masks! in use saloon brand i think is QS. orange bottle with grey cap.
