Bought 6 devices from them, no problem whatsoever, price always competitive and they always bring in lots of stock and always the first folks to import latest releases.
On AP or SME set for those who ask, my advice is just go with SME, full stop. The very fact you ask this question, high chances you ll have more peace with ori set, so wait a bit lor. For me its easy, the very first day the term AP used for mobile phone sales in Malaysia, I have been buying AP. The main reasons for me personally are:
1. For good stuff, I wont wait to buy. The moment it is buyable and price is not ridiculously marked up, I ll buy it. The chances of getting a lemon from a trustable AP seller and SME is exactly the same.
2. I'm a cheapskate. If I can get a cheaper by rm200-500 for the same quality phone, I ll get the cheap one and the extra money I ll treat myself with a nice latte and maybe a nice case. But if the difference is less than rm100, I ll go with ori if I can get it same time as AP.
3. Warranty is something I m not worry about for item below rm10k. Worst case scenario I ll have no problem getting a completely new set and sell off the broken one in garage sales for stupid low price. The only thing I m not ok with is wait long long for whether AP or ori fixing my phone. From over decade of buying phones, I had more incidents of ori set warranty claim giving me headache and BS than AP set. Obviously this point only reflect on my own personal experiences and preferences, its completely understandable and valid for others having a assurance of warranty is important.
Ok that's my take on the AP/SME question
Excellent and well said. I had always bought SME for my Samsungs and I had not spent enuff time with them to evaluate SME service level. In this case, AP is desirable for savings more than 200
