if i get note2 from celcom under the RM78 package, do i need to pay rm1898 or add in the advance payment for the initial payment?

guys, just purchase note 2 from satu gadget.hopefully can get by tml. anyway,anyone here that buy from him get any free gift? i sms him but didnt asnwer me.perhaps hes too busy. so excited nowww. haha
