Suggest you check out the Mid-Valley Money changer at LG. Should be about RM10.20 to RM10.50 for Bath 100/-. If you are the the Thai Border like Chunglung/Hatyai then it would be better there.
In Bangkok the rates is pretty lousy. Better rates if you change form US to Bath.
