Hi all,
Need some advice. I am going to Taipei in May. Wanna ask is it still viable to change to USD here and only change to TWD in Taipei or just change to TWD here locally.

Mid valley money changer have way too many people. Found a place at OUG, the mall where they have Parkson and Giant. The rate there not bad also. Change my USD at 4.13.

NTD is going up too fast, I went in May when it was around 12.7-9, now is in the 13.XX region.
