I would say spectrum forex in Pyramid offer the best rate in Klang Valley.

I often compare four places;

Mountain Money @ Jaya 33
Spectrum Forex @ Sunway Pyramid
Money Master @ Midvalley
Vital Rate @ Pavilion

Most of the rates are quite standard, except for THB in Sunway Pyramid and USD in Midvalley. Others are pretty the same. There is one time Vital Rate offer darn cheap rate for Yen, 37.70 before it went up to this condition. I regretted for not changing more as I am going to Tokyo on next year February.
