wawasan is still closed when i checked on 21/11..

USD rate best u monitor the exchange rate..if fall down, most likely money changer will give better rates as well..

If u can get below 3.17 or below,consider good liao. USD very strong lately..

don't use citi definitely, sure lousier rates in most countries as i checked. I used OCBC for the nikko and hakone freepass. Quite good rates better...38.8X when they charged me on 31 oct...haha

someone here in LYN tell me before maybank is quite good..haha

JR pass need buy advanced in msia and exchange for the real ticket in Japan.
