If you are converting to SG, the rate is the "Selling" rate qouted and if you are converting SG to RM, use the "Buying" rate.
If you are using road, changing at JB sometime is attractive compare to KL. they somehow or rather having the same buying & selling rate.

The last time I did my exchange was in Sep changing THB. They offer RM10.30 for 100THB but wawasan was RM10.40.And Rapid Million was RM10.38
