Just wondering, what time usually will money changers update their daily rate? I contacted one at 10am to ask for his rate but was told to call back at 12 noon. When I call back at 11.50 am, they dont have the currency already. I suspect he is not selling as the rate is low.

MYR appreciates but local money changers are not reflecting it yet, from my observation at Money master's website

Hi, you can try SPAK @ stadhuys, the one at Cathay bridge or LPY @ Bunga raya.

I am not sure where it is. Can you give me more details?
*
SPAK is at the Stadhuys area (the red house), as you enter the area, it is located on your right sight.

The one at old cathay, at Jalan Bunga Raya traffic light (Kong wah watch shop), turn left and drive ahead. You will then read an overhead pedestrian bridge. The shop is located on the left side of the bridge.

LPY is located along Jalan Bunga Raya, on the row of shophouse just before the hotel/Madam kings (right hand side).

Ask around the people one you are there, they should be able to show you.

There are lots of money changers in Masjid India area. I want to Macau currency, so I wonder since so many money changers there, the rate would be very competitive. So is the are better there vs MidValley's MoneyMaster ?
*
Just change to HKD. Very difficult to find any changer with MOP.

Can find if U try. There is 1 in Taipan, USJ but need to give him 1 hr to get MOP to his shop, but his rate is sucks RM45 for MOP100.

There are 2 money changers in Sunway Pyramid - I managed to change about RM250 and the rate is much better - RM42 for MOP100, bit too bad he has limited stock as I want to exchange much more.
*
Yes, but I don't see the worth hunting for it. The rate is similar to HKD and it is only accepted in Macau.

Finally managed to sell off my HKD and Won. At a lower rate than what I bought, but better than nothing. Pleasantly surprise that the rate is the same moneymaster. Located at the walkway along Lot 10 to Fahrenheit. The one with the glass door.
