Normally plan drop in the same place...
i can still remember i keep get the same blacksmith plan at ACT 1 inferno with same story.
do you know where to get gems plan, blacksmith plan? mind to share?
Where is the place drop blacksmith plan?

the best place to drop a plan is at...
AH, and the non-grand exalted are quite cheap. For the sake of achievement i suggest you get it from there instead of running all around for it. |
