2) Damage/Problem with your device: Paint chipping and oxidation on the body. Because of the oxidation around the charging port, it is very difficult to charge it.

3) Repaired/sent for repair before (Yes/No): No. Tried to claim for warranty (bought in October 2013), but it does not cover cosmetic damages.
