2) Damage/Problem with your device: black screen. But still can charge and hear sound when touch the screen.
3) What will be included with device/Package: original charger worth 149rm (warranty till 12 nov 2014, still hv the receipt)
3) Repaired/sent for repair before (Yes/No): yea but that was for charger issue, not for the blank screen issue.
