Here you go, try to name them all:

I have the new NS600 Crush coming in as well, but currently stuck at local DHL office as they want me to pay tax first. Will have to go and collect it on Monday. R1 will probably come sometime next week as well. The new Denon is a bit too expensive for me at the moment since I need to spend money elsewhere, but hopefully I can save up enough for a pair early next year.

Is it obvious that I am a bit of a dual dynamic fancier?  tongue.gif

Final Audio Design Muramasa VIII 8k USD also Dual dynamic brows.gif

It's also my dream of collecting them all. My first and only dual dynamic was the HP-TWF11, a.k.a DDM. Loved the bass and mids. The treble made electric guitars sound a bit veiled and "underpowered" though. For piano, cellos, acoustic guitars, or any other organic strings they sound wonderful, and so do drums. Great when paired with my Fuze+, and not so great with my Hifiman HM-601 (although it improved the bass presentation).

I'm aiming for the JVC, the Fischer Audio and the second gen from Radius, or any updated models. My first priority ATM though is building up my body, so those would have to wait. tongue.gif

The Muramasa is sadly cancelled, since its asking price is just absurd, and the production cost exceeded their expectation.

EDIT: Grammar fix. laugh.gif

Co-axial ay?
So it's just like the DDM, only with a slightly less fancier name.

That number may increase. As smaller dynamics gets better and better, manufacturers would be able to fit more into a single housing and possibly make multi-driver dynamics much easier and therefore more common to manufacture. Dynamics may have a ceiling (a limit) when it comes to size, I don't know. The smallest right now IINM is from HiSound Audio, the Crystal, at 5mm. Reviewers everywhere are raving about how good it sounds. Of course it doesn't have the bass to match bigger drivers, but I'm sure a few wackos out there are working on that. tongue.gif

Why does Denon claim that the AH-C300 as the world's first dual dynamic IEM?

I think they claim it was their first. haha. But i'm really intrigued... How can they finetune their house sig into a bass monster.
*
We all know quite a few had already done it.
Panasonic made the first ever dual dynamic 'earbud', while Radius made the first dual-dynamic IEM.

I'm not even sure if they're the first with control-talk. IINM there's a DDM2 knock-off that has control talk and dual-dynamic as well. However having all the controls and even the mic at the earpiece itself is ingenious. Imagine that you;re taking a call and pressing on the earpiece. It makes you feel like a Secret Service agent. laugh.gif

Oh and BTW, I looked at the price of the new Brainwavz R1....oh yes I'm gonna get one. As soon as someone brings them here though. tongue.gif

Judging from this review, I assume this is "V" shape sounding?
Slightly tempted by the price (USD 34.50), can be under RM150 here if anyone does bring it in.
But from the official picture, the plastic looks a bit cheap? hehe tongue.gif Though the cable terminating end does looks good. thumbup.gif

Heck, it's a dual-driver priced under USD40, something has to look cheap otherwise they're making it at a loss. laugh.gif
It's a dual bore design too, so that's unexpected from something at that price.
