Have been exchanging messages with Gavin regarding the enquiries I had about the kitchen appliances.
Gavin was very helpful and prompt in providing the detailed information about the products which has helped me to decide on which model/range of product that suits my requirements.
Since he is based in Klang, he has referred me to visit the branch in Kota Damansara at my convenience due to geographical distance.
He has also recommended me a contact(Mr Rix) as the person to help me out for any assistance required during my visit.

I have met Mr Rix on Nov 15.
He was indeed is a very friendly and being very patience run through the product specifications.
He has also provided some demonstation on features & functionalities of the kitchen hood.
In the end, I have purchase a set of Fotile Hod & Hob (EH10BQ + GFG86201) and also a HCE granite sink (GKS 8549).
The price offered was attractive and I am happy with it.
Before I left, he has also recommended me a set of stainless stell Haustern water filter faucet and kitchen tap (limited stock) which was extremely valued for money due to the promotional offer for year end sales (Nov 15-18). I did not take up that offer immediately as I thought of to check out the other options and brands from different shop first.

After checking out the variaties of kitchen taps from a few other stores, I could not find anything that could match the price of the stainless steel tap offered by Mr Rix.
Hence, I have made a call to Mr Rix today to check if he still has the stocks available.
He was kind enough to ask his staff to reserve the last unit for me and also to honor the offer.
When I reached his branch today to purchase the faucet and tap, I was surprised when the staff has told me that Mr Rix has left a note to give some further discount as an appreciation for returning customer.
That really makes my day and I highly recommend this shop for everyone for the good customer service and of course the unbeatable price
