have a series of email , pm and phone conversation with Gavin, i would say the response is quite fast and helpful   so finally decided to buy de Fotile package from them. It's a good fair price, save my time&petrol to continue driving and survey around(though i just compared 2 shops excluding urbanez). Package delivered for free to my house which is 300km++ away from their shop. Definately a new shopping experiece for me !!

Anyhow, fotile service team does provide 7" duct hole drilling (need $$ of coz), just need to call to KL service center and ask for the contact.
