You need a real Korean Name and their KSSN, you can search it in throught Google.. the problem is.. most of them already been used to register this game!

try include this word when u use google search..
이름
주민등록번호
year/month/day (eg 900515, keep change the day untill u found 1 with something like 900515-123456)

Don't have time to make a better guide for it.

after put the KSSN name and number, press left or right button?
i've click both and pops out a small window. cant go further.
and the cursor goes to the 'dont bother to use' part

click left... u need "real" KSSN.. can't jsut simply create 1.. some u found on the net is fake/old.

wow, then the chances of finding a real KSSN is quite low
gonna try again..
