i strongly believe they will patch it for FUTURE/NEW item only, wont affect on current item

but man that is so not fair, but last time during the first Diablo 3 they nerf attack speed % by half, even on current items, i assume if that can happen they can do it on current item as well. Was there any particular cases like this happen before and they fixed it? I saw on the forums they said they can't do a hotfix for the items, what does that hotfix means?

yes this is the ticket for t6 solo.

there are no such thing as fair in blizz's dictionary.

pretty sure the fix will only affect items drop after patch. so get ready to gamble another orb from ms K.

hotfix: blizz do some changes on game from server side, no download of new packages required for client side.

yeah the drop itself is pretty rare and usually what i see ppl using are very crappy versions of it.



I have a questions:
1) i know blizzard cant be stacked. but lets say if a target is very huge, like azmodan, if i cast 1 blizzard on his left butt cheek and 1 on his right butt cheek. does he receive 2 blizzard dmg or one?

2) does familiar-sparkflint's missile file trigger Tal-rasha's 4piece bonus?

I can answer the second question, and yes it does. It's the only fire attack I have.

Meanwhile I have hit a kind of gear wall. Anyone give comments and advice for my wizzy?

frost brada! Btw i saw that you use Asheara Gears instead of Captain Crimson. Any reason why? The followers do come to your aid frequently?

Normally i see people equipped captain crimson due to the cost reduction which then give them the ability to blast comets or blizzard.

Hope you don't mind me asking as I just would like to know, does your wizard play the cold build of "Ray of Frost -CB" + Storm Armor -PoTS" in T6 Rift comfortably? or something else.

I can recommend a 20% cold SoJ, 6cc & 30% elite as one of your necessary items for obvious reason.

Hey bro, yes I main a perma-RoF build with Cold Blood rune and Storm Armor. I have to say that T6 is doable for me but Elites can sometimes take up to 3 minutes to down depending on their affixes. Other than that I wouldn't say that it's really comfortable but it's 'doable'. I have a perfect roll SoJ but it is a fire affix with 20% fire an 30% elite damage. I wonder if I should try to get a Mirrorball from Kadala and run fire wizzy instead.

OMG i just had the best day EVER!!! Look what dropped for me all in one day. It's like Blizzard suddenly loves me or something. Now I am confused as to what is the best build, fire or cold. What should I use as my spender, Frozen Orb or Blizzard or Comet?
