anyone got display tearing issue?

its getting worse

something like this

guys, my pebble got display problem (scrren tearing/scrambled)

i found out that it was manufacturer defect and want to claim for warranty

but my seller doesnt provide me proof of purchase..so how?

what does this means?

they will send me a replacement unit or what

i file a report to claim for warranty due to display problem

i also confuse

the watch still with me and they never ask to return or anything

the only proof i gave is a pic of my watch with the serial no

and they already send replacement unit for me

based on this statement i might have to send out the defective watch

since support did not say anything, then i will just keep it

omg i received my replacement unit just now, after 10 days of waiting

it is a sealed unit like a brand new

and they dont even bother to ask about the damaged unit

box on the left is the replacement unit, still unopened

i am a happy man now
