Mine one worst,
I made a payment using citibank card,

Order confirmed and i received confirmation SMS for the CC charges.
Unfortunately, i received email 2 hours later mentioning that they (pebble) are unable to charge me for USD 149. Reason, banking privacy restriction.

I called Citibank and was informed that they never block my payment,
Pebble is the one who refunded the payment.

Guess what, it is same as some of you here, pebble never reply my inquiry email until now. Pissed off.

They never ask you to return the watch ?

Wondering how they verify the claim is true or false.

I read from China forum, those who ordered pebble steel all got free metal strap inside the box.

Anyone bought pebble steel under offer 149 USD recently? Any FOC metal strap inside?
