Haha. I'm actually getting the Apple Watch =P Well, I personally think that charging something daily isn't an issue. You still charge your phone almost daily. No?  whistling.gif

Also, I'm not a person who has a habit of wearing watch to sleep, so yeah  thumbup.gif
*
If i would get a smartwatch, i will definitely look at battery life of the watch. The battery does not have to last 10days, just enough to last 2 days of heavy usage can liao. After all every night charge the watch still not so bad la for me

But apple watch under "normal" usage only can last 18 hours, which is a big fail to me. Just imagine whatsapp and email notifications keep coming in and the watch just died on you halfway through the day sweat.gif

Pebble for me is still the best smartwatch for iPhone now, unless the iwatch battery life upgrades

Haha. What u said is true mate.

However, it still depends on buyers' preferences. I don't think I'm that kind of a busy person yet  tongue.gif

Actually I did pledge for Pebble Time Steel, but I got refund for it. Pebble is indeed a great smartwatch in the term of battery life and simple usage. Nothing extraordinary tbh. The concept of Pebble smartwatch is more like the Pager device back in the olden days.
*
Yup, pebble nothing extra ordinary compared to other smart watches, but it does the basic things best and has compatibility with iPhone. Other watches like the Moto 360 or LG watches only compatible with Android phones nod.gif

my Pebble finally arrived. ordered on 22nd of July and reached today. unfortunately i wasn't in just now so tomorrow will go and pick up. so total about two weeks, which is okay2 lah. thought it would've reached sooner though seeing that it's from Singapore only. you guys know where to get full-faced screen protectors?
*
You can check out Slickwraps:
https://slickwraps.com/devices/wearables/pe...raps-skins.html
Though it will take around 2 weeks to reach on the cheapest postage

I wonder if anybody buys screen protector for Rolex
*
U can already afford a Rolex, still need to worry??
But then Rolex glass would normally be those sapphire glass and very very hard to get scratches

therefore I can't see the logic..
rolex = no protection needed = 5 figure value
pebble = protection needed = 3 figure value

rclxub.gif
*
3 figure bcos the screen is just plastic/glass mar so easy to collect scratches
5 figure already using sapphire glass ma, so no need to protect the screen from scratches brows.gif

Otherwise too small to make a watch with the e-display sweat.gif
What's more disturbing is the 2 days battery life only.
*
Wow looks nice! But 2 days battery life only? Must be because they tried to make it thin hmm.gif

2 days is almost the same as what the Apple Watch could do but without always on screen saja.
*
True, but pebble time round is thinner and rounder lol
Quick charging 15 mins to full (must be because of small battery). Most probably they might launch the pebble round with more battery life in the future

Looks so as well.
Just have to wait for teardown to know the true fact.

Whether the screen square or not, still looks nice brows.gif
Just dont know why they willing to sacrifice the battery life to 2 days only

my glass and my bezel scratched d hahahahaha

so much for gorilla glass

copied Square 3.0!
*
Gorilla glass is not anti scratch ma, thats why no matter what Gorrila glass I will still put a screen protector. Unless is sapphire glass then i think not neccessary
