I'm using the free shipping also.
Order confirmation was sent on 7th January 2016 with the tracking number via SingPost.
But, when i entered the tracking number, status is error as below

"Sorry, we are unable to locate this tracking number in our system. Please verify and re-enter your tracking number.
Alternatively, please try again 24 hours later. Your item may have not reached our Processing Centre. "

is this normal? > 7 working days already.

I would suggest to buy an alternative strap if you got the Pebble Leather Strap as wear and tear is very fast for the Pebble strap.
In Malaysia, no one is officially selling it. So the only official seller is Pebble

Be patient. Its very normal. Minimum 2 weeks delivery from the date of confirmation send out item.

2-4weeks is normal for free shipping. U can scroll back forum pages for shipping timeline from forumer including my post.

Once u can track with singpost. After that, the same tracking number can be track at poslaju tracking system till u receive the watch

Wanna swim with it. Though I saw some people saying that their pebble damaged in the water.

Don't think it is advisable to swim with it. Hand wash and some water splashing is ok.

My Kickstarter pebble time was missing in the post. Shown pebble support the tracking info and they sent out a replacement. Really great service.
