Just received the steel strap for my time steel.
Anyone received theirs ?

They used to just ask for a picture/video and they'll send a completely new part.
But knowing Malaysians... We probably abused it till they ask us to send it back lol

Anyone pledged for the pebble time 2?
It's cool but I'm still considering.
1. Pebble is not doing well. They're launching this coz they need the money. They laid of a quarter of their staff last month. A delay might be possible.
2. Don't need the heart rate monitor
3. My Time steel is still working well. It's been less than a year since I got it.

But I'm attracted to the higher resolution screen and thinner bezel.... Hmmm

My pebble time steel broke.
The main top right button was very unresponsive.

But the good thing is pebble themselves are sending me a new one as replacement.

Kudos to them.

Just got my replacement Pebble Time Steel.
Amazing customer service by Pebble.

My Original Pebble time steel just stopped working.
Particularly it's top right button. It was mushy and then it just didn't work.

I panicked as my warranty period was suppose to end a week before this occured.
Nevertheless, I got in contact with pebble support team and explained what had happened.

They shipped me a new watch and I got it within 2 weeks.
It's not just the body. They literally gave me a whole new watch. Inclusive of charging cable and strap.

I'm really really impressed with them. Kudos to Pebble.

Nope it broke after the warranty period.
1 week+ to be exact.
That was the shipped date.

They had every right to reject my claim.

But hey they still did it.
