Hi, I hold a bachelor of Science in Chemistry. I would like to enter oil and gas field so I wish to enrol for master of  petroleum engineering either in UTM or UTP. I will take coursework program because I really lack of engineering background. However I only can access to limited information from the official website so I wonder is anyone here able to help me to explain about the quality of the the course between these two universities?  

FYI the school fee is around RM10000 for UTM and RM 56000 for UTP.
