Good.
Now you are separating the opportunists from the real victims.
In case you hadn't already noticed, much of our criticism is directed at the senior consultants like Pat Lu and Shereen who are key figures in Genneva, along with te higher educated ones who really should have known better - especially those who work in the banking/finance sector. We do sympathize with the aunties/uncles who might have been sceptical but joined in anyway because they thought they can trust the consultants who might be friends or family members.
One of my earlier postings here advised Genneva customers to sue their consultants, and that those who joined in later and have yet to receive their gold should sue those who have physical gold. There are case precedents that do not allow anyone to proft from a ponzi scheme and also require the loss to be shared out equally.
The senior consultants have been collecting their heebah and commissions for months now and have profited greatly for it. The newcomers all experience a big loss. That is not fair at all. Worse of all, the consultants are trying to play tai chi and divert the anger to BNM.
So yeah, we will mock Pat Lu, Shereen, & Co. We will break out the popcorn and cheer for every single misfortune that happens to them. But in the end, we do hope the genuine victims get their money back - however much left there is to be returned.
