LoH co efficiency is based on skill you use. Inferno has no effect.

My DPS has been stagnant for a long time... so hard to find gear that can improve DPS without reducing my vit/resist/armor... 

guess i am destined to farm at low MP...

go for the 100k challenge....its a grind game...as we all know..so killing efficiency counts here..more kills more drops more legendary.....try to set a target to be efficient enough to go MP10.....just my 2cents..

LoH on inferno is not cut by 80% like LS tho...

Fist is my 3rd choice after dagger n sword

selling my pants for 90m only. below market price
anyone wants it let me know, i need to change to another pants with vit coz i just got a new pair of gloves~

i dropped 145VIT stats after getting my new gloves which has more resist than my previous gloves.

now my hp dropped to 31k but my resist is up
looking to drop some res and bring my hp back to 40k

sacrificing the pants with 63all resist will still put me at 800 on the dot

put it up in AH so i have no pants to do some farming now lol =.=

Hi fellow Monks... need advise here. How much AR needed to farm safely in higher MP/uber bosses?.. i have 813 AR now.. will change my 2 rings with IAS + LoH...but that kind of ring with resist so expensive and rares..consider to drop resist for LoH..

between im happy i havent sold my old belt n glove yet...i havent try this setup in group play...therefore if i have a hard time, i just change back to my 83K DPS unbuffed set-up...well i say a hard time cuz...im lacking in LOH n LS department..so high eHP is very very important to me...

last time with a 700k++ eHP...everything is simple....short story..

this time around i donno...just begging to myself plssss..let the char still can tank in MP8 above when fighting uber...

oh mai... i love att speed so much because i thought it would benefit in tanking with LoH.
but the dps number makes me sad..

no comments. Because as far as tanker monk with high life recovery like me, I don't really need that extra 4k hp. MP10 Ghom can't kill me and I am not gonna farm MP10 elites anyway. VIT won't help your dps. only effective hp. If we got one-shotted you think that extra 4k helps?

speaking of the current topics between u 2....

last night played mp7 coop with lau pan, moba,  kuhiko and zhong + black (second round portal). im using my current 100K DPS MOC-Overawe set-up...the finding were

1) i cant lazy tank anymore...meaning i cant barge in sit in the middle..i have to be very careful with arcane and descretor cuz with low  allress with average 730++ unbuffed even after buff by barb becomes 1000 allress....will definitely eat me very fast..not like last time...with barb buff...i can get around 1.2K allress...

2) reflects dmg is very very pain....i really need to kite when coming into these type of elite...

3) my life bar fluctuation (up n down) bcuz of being hit is very scary...really scary...not like last time stable usually at full health...

4) dmg wise im so happy..everything can clear very fast..

conclusion..

1) either i change back my past set-up

2) find LOH item in the armor which is i think the best candidate will be a blackthorne duncraid crost (usually with high LOH)

3) become a dual wielder...straight find the ultimate weapon with LOS/LS/CD/Socketed

4) Dont use MOC-Overawe instead use MOH-Time of Need..

3) or lastly change the same glove n the same witching hour with an All Ress attribute....damn! this gonna be very expensive!!..

p/s: even after finish the round..a guys said in the group this team can go MP9 etc....but inside myself i said...i cant be a tanker even in MP8 anymore using the current set-up...and i have a mix feelings about that...

I have a monk friend who has the same problem too, he cant use MoC after MP8. Most uber boss will kill him without MoE. After yesterday fight with you I see significant dps boost with ur MoC. damn that is so OP.

talking about armor. How much uber monk had for efficiency in MP7-10?
mine now unbuff 5k armor + 650AR. If use STI can add another 1.2k armor to it but drop 12% dodge chance.

Well, you can't have the best of both world (even with masterkad) as the item roll that much of stats.
stacked AR/CC/CD/IAS/Dex/Vit and you left that much of slots for other stats. If roll Str/Armor/one resist again, 6 stats per item is not really enough. And you also need to roll socket/life%/movement spd/pickup radius/etc...

That is why I had low dps. Well, I have chosen this way anyway.

Try it, 1.5k LoH+2.xLS with 600AR mp7/8 should be no problem for sure to your 120k dps monk. Don't know about mp9/10 thou.

Talking about MP10, ytd tried and get one-shotted by white mob  

 

i held back on buying inna chest with only fire resist hearing that the OwE nerf is coming.
the price difference is 40mill and 300mill
