even the top ww/cm wiz with aspd 3.5+ and near 70%+ cc cant perma-freeze no more..

Now you are bringing affordability into the equation. Its about the DH weapon system that is broken. And skorn isn't broken. It has to justify being overpowered dps considering it is a 2H. And some do not favour skorn even they give huge dps, simply because the huge dps is not justified being godly enough

To stay away from OWE, try to gear up with armors with
-High AR 60-80 on all parts (expensive as DH is competing with monks on those)
-High armor (was cheap 1-2 months back, now this prop is getting expensive)
-High life regen (still considered as the undervalued prop)
-Don't go for items which have a bomb price for little vit. For example, an armor with high dex with little vit (30-50) usually cost a lot more expensive than high dex/high str. Ppl generally dont like this because of the messed up stats. but if you convert str to armor, it can boost your ehp more than the petty vit.

That's pretty much it to stay away from OWE. If the nerf is not too hard on OWE, one can still use OWE. but prepare for the worst. STI took a pretty bad punch to monks. from 100% > 50% dex as armor.

need to go crazy on BT chest so you can go vitless on other armors.

thanks. if you're onto min maxing, i guess going further pieces of inna wouldn't be too good. as what other forumers highlighted.

regardless, chest is among the most expensive piece, and with a pricing of 20-50mil minimum for all resist, i guess i'll prolly only get it around 2-3 months later unless some patch changes hit and/or something expensive drops for me lol.

hell, inna dropped earlier this morning (1-2 am?) as i couldn't sleep (woke up at like 8pm or something lol) and i was happy until i remembered i bought my inna helm for like 1.5mil or something. looked up the AH, lol worth around 1mil or less. f*** it.
