prolly it works only on MoE, because upon activation it increases ur dodge rate, but not for other mantras.

1 day ago out of the blue farming alkaiser run...suddenly 2 natalya dropped in my side....

one was a BOOT (high dex, cold resist) n one was a RING....the RING stats were AIS 9, CD 21, FIRE RESIST 55....lol suite my fire monk..and got the bonus 7% CC..

then i bought an axe with stats ...940++ DPS, 198 DEX, 2.5 LS, 63% CD...socket-ed...just to try DW..

try MP10 coop with DW build and my DPS boosted up till 124K DPS unbuffed...at that time got AIS 2.01, 712 AR, 1500+ LOH 5 LS when DW....quite happy with the performance at first...

then i changed back to shield..DPS go down to 108K DPS unbuffed with 53% CC (lol the natalya bonuses)..n still i gota say shield works better for me...

cuz DW in MP10, if u stray just abit in the descreator, molten pool...i mean if u can not get a connect hit fast....danger of dying is quite big...compare to shield my life drains out alot slower then DW..at that time my hp was 37K...i think maybe if i can get >45K hp then DW will be much easier..i guess..

at last we go for uber...SK+Magda...n defeated it at last..quite hard but after a while we defeated it...

after that all the team are tired n sleepy...hahahh maybe later try out the other 2 ubers..

after this aiming for a natalya with fire resist boot...just to boost up even more of my OWE...

p/s: the boot were 178 DEX, 49 COLD RESIST....anybody here wanna switch with me if u got same stats but FIRE RESIST?..need to boost my AR with shield to 820++...

2 at one run was just so lucky.. i even cant believed my eyes....plus miraculously it was the right pair to get the bonuses..just imagine if i got a chest n shoes instead?..

well i usually speed farming at MP4 only...but ya the effect of that paragon level is there....my MF was 400...on average an hour and a half run will usually get me 1 legend or set....but the stats are random..sometime crap sometime uber..

anyway the legends drop usually depends on ur luck..got my fren that getting legends average 1 hour 1 legend also..they are paragon level 85+++

Darn it now you all know my secret of why stacking dodge rate up to 6x%

try upping ur CC and use DW passive + sixth sense..ur MOE changed to MOC.... n thats why i never pull out my sixth sense passive when using a shield...the stats will be similar when using MOE...

what irks me most now..i have to use OWE....if not i can put sixth sense with my DW set-up...

Nothing wrong with getting more CC if you can afford it while getting CD and IAS, for me, I'm getting 2.2k dps per 1% CC and 2.1k dps per 10% CD which is a decent ratio, IAS on the other hand gives me 1.1k per 1%, still good.

All depends on whether you can afford these items, especially if they're a decently rolled item CC and CD or a trifecta. Also dex is also important too, and so is average damage on rings/amulet. Some people totally ignore the average damage. Even elemental damage is good too! In the end, it is nice to just stack everything equally.
