The price of a perfect roll leoric's signet is between 120M gold (listed by professional traders) and 80M gold (listed by casual players after completion of new char L60 speedrun)

Hint: Try to buy at casual players price and then, sell at professional traders price after your new char has already completed its L60 stint.

If easy farming is like in this video, then you need (not my stat, but close...):

1) 100k DPS
2) 12 movement speed
3) 550 resist and 5500 armor
4) 3% LS or 2.5% and 400 LoH
5) 35k HP

thanks, needed that info. now into SOJ , so always searching for some new one, either FOT/SW/TR/Wave of light... so yeah testing out different forms of play to see which give the most dmg output
