Broken is when 90% of the population rolls barb because is CHEAP. Ask any barb here how much they need to farm MP5. Is not broken when you pay top notch gold for insane weapon. Not everyone should be able to do MP10, it should be something we aim towards, something like an end game. wohoo...quite some happening party here...im missing a lot of bus trips judging from number of the pages i just read im quite agree with u on that...even though at last one of my various build combination is free from the OWE, my palamonk with a 750 AR (thx to my nowadays actually rare shield )....i still struggle to balance my ARMOR (equivalent to STI) and at the same time not reducing my DPS. my point is...we monk as a malee char are too dependable on On STI n OWE which make us wasting the passive slots to play various modes...off course in high MP la..if low mp..ayo no passive also can what....we all want endgame now what....want to become godly.. and why is that?...because we malee char need defensive severely plus monk don have good LS weapon or even LS Armor like barb.... between just found a Strong Arm Bracer with 160++ Dex 77 AR and 200++ armor...not selling it but equipping it instead... boost my armor a little more.... playing a DH now...pLevel74..my hand is hurting ....to much dodging and vaulting... Certainly they are not talking about buffing a skill which is now still a MUST have passives for monks. i was anti OWE from the start of the game..... the reason i was still bound with OWE last time..bcuz just to try upping my duel wield dps till 130K DPS with a not so good MH n OF weapon...also to put in some vit....to prolong its survivability... my dual wield still have to use OWE (700 AR)....but my true born 110K dps sword shield build is still free from it.... Blackthorne's Surcoat that comes with dex and armor as I've heard people say nice things about it. this one...i cant really tell actually... combination of 2 inna's (pant+cloth) + 3 natalya's (helm+ring+shoes) = 8% IAS (inna pants) + 260 dex + 7 cc...that will be nice... but if ur wearing tal rasha's..ur gonna only get 8% IAS....which is my current build now....actually i was targeting to get 2.00 IAS on sword shield build ...which after that i now have 1.96 ASP....thats why i use tal-rasha's plus a minor DPS ofcourse.. blackthorne actually was my real aim last time...but i need to pair it with its duncraig cross ONLY cuz if i pair it with other parts ..it will jeopardize my other equipment like my Witching Hour, my inna's + bonus, or natalya's + bonus...unfortunately i need a duncraig cross with a CC+CD which price is 1B above until now...therefore i skipped that.. suggestion?..well look at ur needs?..do u have enough eHP (Blackthorne)?...do u have enough ASP (Tal Rasha)?..or do need pure DPS?
