It is possible to calculate the estimated damage with Cyclone and all. May be I will do it when I am free.
But for now, is it possible for a Monk with 200k DPS to deal 900k damage? Yes.
My monk (with some defense added) has 97k DPS when I am taking down Seightbreaker MP10.
Seightbreaker MP10 has 138,425,408HP.
Took me 3 minutes 27 seconds.
In average, I am dealing 668721 DPS ~ 668k DPS. So, a monk with double my inventory DPS? 900k? Hell ya.
Although I never play DH,
I believe our spirit generation are a lot better (
right? right?), Monk can spam Mantra every 3 seconds, and still able to use tons of skill.
But the best feature of a monk is monk ability hit multiple targets, so, Seightbreaker (or any single boss) may not tell the whole picture. Sweeping winds hits ALL targets surround you, all the time. The more targets there is, the better our overall DPS.
Monk > all classes in D3.
Muahahahaha!
) fury generation efficiency but most of the monk's awesome skills are being restraint by cooldown.
