I just got my machine today via COD.

Before I confirmed my purchase, I asked a lot, and I mean A LOT of questions, and TS answered them all patiently, even giving me honest opinions about which parts to get (instead of just recommending the most expensive one)

Machine working with no problems, TS was even kind enough to guide me through the setting up process.

But for me, the best part is that TS replies my PMs so fast. Unlike some other seller, who might reply you a few days later, TS replied my PM really soon, sometimes just half an hour after my message.
