hey bro, I need a PC for my father. He mostly browse internet and youtube. I want a cheap PC preferably a fast one. No gaming whatsoever just browsing, and viewing youtube videos. Any suggestions bro? Can make it under 500?

2. No need dvd/cd
3. Hard disk 320gb is enough
4. Can play games like pes, fifa, nfs, cs, dota, gta with min graphic quality is okay.
4. Cpu only. No monitor keyboard etc
