Hi to all pureview owner here,

I wonder do you all face below problem that I m facing?

My phone camera function seem got problem. Everytimes, I take few photoes (5-15 or some period of time, say 2 minutes in camera mode), then suddenly my camera FREEZE. I exit the application & reenter camera mode, giving me same situation, FREEZE there.

I wonder what happen here.
any nokia service center to recommended? Is amcorp mall service center good?
I have a Black color Nokia 808 pureview from Zitron.

1. Factory reset
2. Factory reset & data delete
3. hard reset the phone.

Any ideas?

I wonder you all using same version as mine.

It could be hardware issue then.
this problem start when I use cross BB tripod which press hard on my camera button. But im not sure real cause yet.
anyway, I will bring to NCC for checking.
any service center recommend?

I wonder will that void the warranty?

Just to update for my 808 phone repair.
It seem my phone 808 is come back alive and no more camera/video freeze problem. What the shop do is their upgrade my firmware to latest Belle 2. Also, my battery change to new one as old battery have heating issue when fully charge.
well, let see if the phone serve me good or not in next few month.

Anyone here facing video recording drain battery quickly issue?

I record it using lowest setting:360p, 15fps,
yet, it drain my battery in no time.
From fully charges, to 1/4 of the battery bar. Is this normal?
I only do a 40 minutes recording.
