Nokia 808 Camera Freezing Problem ( Scene displayed but no icon shown)


hello guyz i am facing a strange camera problem on nokia 808...
camera opens it display the scene but no icon is shown...hitting shutter button wont click pictures....i had to reboot every time to make it work..but after few minute of letting camera idle it starts behaving in same manner...



I have tried uninstalling other softwares but to no help..yet to try hard resetting ....although camera works fine with QTcamera pro application..



I have searched ton this discussions but no proper solution could be found...according to some even hard resetting wont help

There is a option in QTcamera where u can select this app as default one...so whenever i press shutter button it starts QT camera instead of default camera application...and this camera just works fine

since camera works for few minutes after restart....i really doubt there would be any hardware problem..

Yes i was thinking of same nokia camera app might be corrupted....is there any way to reinstall it ???

Should i try hard resetting first before taking it to SC??....i didnt had good experience with SC in the past so little hesitated to approach there....

Yeah i had to take to Nokia service centre..They said 99 out 100 its software fault....So they reinstalled firmware now its working fine..Hopefully it ll continue to work fine..
