Hey guys, I bought the 808 to give its camera a try. So its main selling point is its massive 41MP sensor that gives oversampled pictures. Nice. But I realized that when taking close-up shots, I had to put it a distance away and zoom in to get a good focus due to its massive sensor.

I felt disappointed that doing this is needed while taking close-up shots. It kinda defeats the purpose of the oversampling technology. Is there any better ways to take close-up shots without losing quality with this camera king?

PS: You guys can treat me as an amateur here. I don't know much about photography
