Bought mine few weeks ago, have some problems with one of the activation codes twice, I believe it's isolated case, hopefully.
Anyway very fast response and all problems were solved quickly.

Not a genuine seller, my license of 3 years 3 PC keep expiring. Initially one of my pc affected, I don't know why the license keep expiring. Wilson was very accommodative and in fact he has provided me with new license for few times. I think I have changed at least 3 times until few months back it expired again. Then I thought he was nice enough to keep replacing the license for me, hence I do not plan to ask for any more changes. However, my second PC which has at least 1.5 years remaining faced the same problem, with error message trial version has expired. With the second PC affected, I have no trust on Wilson any more and I don't know what kind of license he was selling here. Honestly I really don't understand how come so many feedback that he is trusted and reliable. I'm a genuine buyer, and has all the proof of purchase and errors. Anyway I just want to caution the rest, probably I might be the "unlucky" one but it struck me too often. Don't plan to pursue further as it's no big deal, I'm not paying a lot for the license, I just learned my lesson to buy probably from some more reliable sources.
