Hi, i am looking around that area too but one of the agent told me that there will be too many condos within the 2 km radius such as villamas, sri bayu, impiana, kinrara and zefer? This will make the place too crowded and create too much competition if you need to rent out.Swimming pool view unit is normally higher price than other view.
