Lucas spoke person has updated with some good news.
They have not shut down all the game production at all.
They are looking for someone else to develop it and hopefully get someone else the license for Star Wars games.
Star Wars 1313 production hasn't really stopped btw.

Just make sure your 3DS XL is US version, Luigi or Pokemon game as well, and register the serial number at https://club.nintendo.com/
After you put it the codes, the image I just shared will pop up, so that you could get the free game.
I'm not quite sure if you'll get the nintendo club codes if it's not US version, so I can't clarify that since most of my games are US not the Asi.

I haven't redeem my game yet, but I'm leaning towards Professor Layton. Still need someone opinions though.

Kinda sad right. We here in Asia excluding Japan is being alienated by Nintendo.

As if not finishing 10 games on 3DS is not enough..
So many good games and they haven't even talk about the Wii U(hopefully something epic in E3).
